The With One Voice in Tanzania J-Term led by Dr. Barbara Zust , presented Mary Ellen Kitundu, Class of 1965 with the Gustavus Adolphus 50 Year Achievement Award at a medical conference in Iringa, Tanzania. Mary Ellen Kitundu has been involved in creating a Children’s Hospital in Dar es Salaam and is the founder of a new nursing school in Dodoma, Tanzania. Mary Ellen joined the J-Term class to sing a favorite song in Swahili with the group.
