MelDoyleTell us a little bit about yourself: I grew up in White Bear Lake, MN. On campus I played Gustavus hockey and am a leader in FCA. Outside of school, I love to waterski and play with my puppy.

Why did you choose Nursing? Looking at possible career paths, I wanted to pair my biology with nursing as this combination offered many avenues I can go within the medical device industry.

What’s your favorite clinical rotation and why? So far my favorite clinical rotation is OB. The nurses there are wonderful and it is a unique feeling to bring new life into this world.

What are your career goals or plans after graduation? I want to work for a medical device company doing clinical work (implants, research, etc.).
