The Nursing Department has established their own Distinguished Alumni Award this year to honor graduates who have made significant contributions to nursing. Carolyn Kruger (’64) has been named the first recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award. Recipients are invited to attend the annual Pinning Ceremony for the senior nursing students where they are honored with a plaque and invited to share their story with the students.
